Maestro PMS, a property management system that operates both cloud-based and on-site, has recently integrated MezzoPay, its new payment processing solution, into its services. This solution, powered by Fullsteam, enables hoteliers to conduct secure and seamless financial transactions directly through the hotel’s management system.
Hotels using Maestro PMS with MezzoPay can bypass external payment processors, enhancing the direct link between payments and hotel operations. This integration simplifies the payment process, minimizes errors, and improves the overall guest experience by expediting check-ins and check-outs. As of April 2024, MezzoPay is available to hotel operators in the U.S. and is planned to expand to Canada in the third quarter. This system helps reduce costs associated with third-party services and streamlines transactions through advanced payment terminals.
