Iran-linked Kata’ib Hezbollah, a powerful militant group in Iraq, has warned the U.S. troops to leave the nation in Middle East. In a statement issued on May 7, Kata’ib Hezbollah said that there was no necessary action either from the Iraqi government to push for the withdrawal of troops or from the U.S. side to fast track it. The statement raised concerns that the group may resume attacks on U.S. troops which it stopped following the drone strike in Jordan in January this year that left 3 American soldiers dead.
