With over 23 years of experience in strategic business leadership, Lokesh has a strong track record in cultivating relationships with owners and government entities, driving revenue growth, and optimizing operational costs.
Prior to joining Minor Hotels, Lokesh showcased his expertise in his consulting role, focusing on developing tourism infrastructure along the Coral Highway in Saudi Arabia and conceptualizing innovative hotel projects for the country’s tourism authority. He also advised on mixed-use city developments and facilitated operator selection and joint venture evaluations for a sovereign fund entity.
Having held key roles in renowned hospitality firms like Movenpick, Unison Hotels, and The Oberoi Group, Lokesh is well-equipped to lead Minor Hotels’ development strategies and asset management in the Middle East. He will oversee the growth of brands such as Anantara, Avani, NH Hotels, Oaks, and Tivoli, leveraging his proficiency in enhancing business processes for commercial success.
