Deepika Padukone has won our hearts with nearly every role she plays on the big screen. One of her most iconic characters is undoubtedly Piku, the eponymous lead of the 2015 film of the same name. In the movie, she starred alongside veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan and the late legend, Irrfan Khan. What has got us talking about Piku all of a sudden? Deepika recently took to Instagram to share a throwback picture from the sets of the film. It had a light-hearted foodie twist that we could not ignore.

In the photo, the three stars are seen seated beside each other. Members of the crew are visible around them. One of them is holding out what looks to be a platter of fruit towards the actors. Irrfan Khan is observed eating some of it while listening to Amitabh Bachchan. The latter seems to be in the middle of an explanation or anecdote. Deepika is watching on with a smile. She captioned the photo, “He loves telling everyone how much I eat! @amitabhbachchan.” She also wrote, “@irrfan Oh how much we miss you…,” followed by three red heart emojis.
